FREDERICKTOWN CHEVROLET / 42” FLAT SCREEN TV GIVE-A-WAY
OFFICIAL RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS
1) No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. No submission to sales presentation required. You need not be present at time of drawing to win. Employees of Fredericktown Chevrolet or Its advertising agency or members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to enter.
2) All entrants must be licensed Ohio drivers and be 18 years old or older on May 1st, 2010. The actual entrant must fill out the entry form.
3) To enter, fill out and submit an official entry from available at www.fredychevy.com or in person at Fredericktown Chevrolet, 95 South Main Street, Fredericktown, Ohio; putting the entry form into the designated entry box. One entry per qualifying person. All entries must be submitted by Midnight of Saturday, May 29th, 2010. All entries must be complete and legible. Any incomplete or illegible entry will be disqualified.
4) Odds of winning are determined by number of entries.
5) There will be one winning entry drawn. Under no circumstances will there be more than one winner.
6) Drawing will be held at the dealership, Thursday, June 3rd, 2010 at 3:31 P.M. A representative of Fredericktown Chevrolet will draw the winning entry. In the event the winner is not present they will be notified by email and phone and provided the necessary information to claim the prize. Prize must be claimed by Wednesday, June 30th, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. or the winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited.
7) This drawing is subject to all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. The winner will be solely responsible for any Federal, State or Local taxes.
8) The winner will be required to provide identification.
9) Any manipulation or attempted manipulation of the drawing or fraudulent entry will disqualify entrant. Fredericktown Chevrolet Management will resolve all disputes and their decisions and interpretation of rules are absolute and final.
10) In the event the winning entry is disqualified and not awarded prize a second drawing will take place at the dealership as soon as possible. All other rules will continue to apply.
11) By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules, instructions and the interpretations and decisions of Fredericktown Chevrolet. All entries become property of Fredericktown Chevrolet Company, Inc.
